This is a BRAND NEW set of LEGO® Juniors 10763 Stephanie's Lakeside House from 2018. This set is still factory sealed, however the box is in rough shape with wrinkles, creases and shelf wear. This set contains 215 pieces and 3 mini-doll figures.
