This minifigure is brand new and factory sealed in its original "mystery bag". “I just rode here from the Old West, and boy, is my horse tired!” The Cowboy Costume Guy is a total goofball. Who else would not only dress up as a cowboy, but also make it look like he’s riding around on a horse all the time? Everybody likes having the Cowboy Costume Guy around.
