In an effort to protect our employees Chowren Toys will hold all returned parcels for 48 hours before processing.

March 30, 2020

We are currently following the Stay Home, Stay Healthy order signed by Washington State Governor Jay Inslee last week therefore all of our office staff are currently working from home. For customs who are trying to call us please email us at [email protected] or message us through Facebook instead as we are unable to answer or return our calls in a timely manner at this time.

March 26, 2020

We are open for business and have implemented new protective measures set by WHO at our warehouse to insure the safety of our employees and customers. All of our front and back office staff are now working from home. Only the warehouse staff are now on site. Due to the size of our warehouse they are able to easily and safely practice social distancing. They are also practicing frequent hand washing especially when they enter and leave our warehouse and after handling outside packages.

Unfortunately, given the current Covid-19 pandemic the US government has restricted many international flights limiting the USPS ability to deliver international packages in a timely manner. Therefore, we regrettably will be suspending all international orders until further notice. Any international order placed from today will be cancelled and refunded in full.
